Most of what you’ll find here at Mentalhealthbelieveuk starts its journey overseas. That’s a deliberate choice on our part, but it does mean the trip to your door takes a little longer than you might be used to with domestic-only shops. We think the wait is worth it, and we want to be upfront about how the whole process works.

What you pay for shipping

If your order totals $59.00 or more before tax, the shipping is on us. For anything between $0 and $58.99, a flat rate of $8.99 applies. We offer both Standard Shipping and Free Shipping, so the option you see at checkout will reflect your cart total.

When your order will arrive

Every order goes through a preparation stage that takes 3 to 7 days. After that, the package is handed off and the transit itself typically runs between 14 and 30 days. So, from the moment you click “buy,” you’re looking at a total window that combines those two phases.

What can slow things down

Several factors outside our direct control can stretch that timeline. Public holidays, severe weather, the specific destination country, and the way international couriers route their networks all play a part. On rare occasions, customs inspections add extra days, too. While we always aim for the smoothest path, these occasional delays are not something we can override.

If something goes wrong in transit

Mistakes happen, and we’ll do what we can to help. If a package arrives damaged, or if it never shows up at all, we can step in—provided you send us proof of the issue within 7 to 15 days of receiving the goods (or the expected delivery date). The kind of proof we’ll need is outlined in our refund section.

One thing we can’t fix, though, is a package that goes missing because the address entered at checkout was incorrect. Double-checking those details before you finalize your order is the best way to avoid that situation.

Return shipping costs

When you decide to send something back, the shipping charges for that return leg are yours to cover. Those original shipping costs from your order are also non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping expense will be taken out of the amount you get back. The only exception is when an item shows up damaged and needs a replacement—in that specific case, we’ll handle the shipping.

Cancelling your order

You have the option to cancel, as long as you do it before the package has been dispatched and within the cancellation window we’ve set on the site. If both of those conditions are met, the cancellation will go through.
