Ensuring your package arrives without issue starts with you. As the receiver, tracking the shipment and responding to carrier or customs requests is your sole responsibility. If an order is returned to us or flagged as undeliverable because you did not follow up, submit the required documentation, or notify the courier in time, we cannot offer a free refund or replacement. In that situation, you would need to place a new order. You are also responsible for verifying your local postal regulations for any restricted items before you buy; Mentalhealthbelieveuk cannot be held liable for items that a specific country refuses to accept.

What We Handle for You

We process and dispatch orders quickly, but please anticipate additional processing time during holidays and sale seasons. Once your purchase leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation is sent to your email. This message allows you to monitor your shipment's progress. The final shipping cost is calculated based on the package's weight and the delivery location. When your order arrives in your area, it will be handed over to either your local post office or a local courier. In most cases, your regular postal service will handle the final delivery, meaning the package will arrive with your usual mail. If no one is available to receive it, the postal service may leave a notice card explaining where and how you can collect the delivery.

Understanding International Charges

For all international orders, you are the party responsible for any customs duties and taxes. Your local customs office may require extra documents and time to clear a package, which can delay the estimated delivery time. When the parcel reaches its destination country, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be imposed. These charges are set by the customs office at the specific destination, and payment falls entirely on you as the recipient. Mentalhealthbelieveuk does not cover these costs. Payment and Currency Matters

While our store displays prices in your local currency for browsing, the checkout process and all transactions are conducted in USD through Paypal or Stripe. If your credit card account uses a currency other than US Dollars, your bank may apply a different exchange rate than the one shown on our website, and you might also incur a foreign currency transaction fee. The Finality of Your Order
